This spacious townhouse is the first home for this great couple.  It took the buyers and sellers 7 counter offers to reach agreeable terms, but in the end, we feel confident that our clients were happy with the negotiations.

The university streets are home to the McKinley School area - one of the best in Santa Monica.  Convenient to the rest of the city as well as West Los Angeles via Wilshire, Santa Monica, and Olympic, this neighborhood has undergone substantial development in the past several years.  In fact, 8 new townhomes are being completed just down the street between Broadway and Colorado.
