2004 - After only one other attempt at purchasing, these clients found victory in their second effort and really scored with this townhouse.  The neighborhood is great; the investment has been incredibly rewarding, and they may soon expand their family, using the equity gained in this purchase to buy something bigger.  I see the wife at the gym all the time, and the husband and I play poker every so often.
