These clients had an accepted offer their first time out. However, it was not immediately accepted, as they were initially in a back-up position. The escrow was cancelled within 10 days or so, and they were next in line. This is exactly why I advise people to get into a back-up position in the case of mutliple offers, as you never know if the first potential buyers will pan out.
It was one of only four Santa Monica 3-bedrooms to sell under $550,000 since, and all of the prices moving forward should have sixs in front of them... A great investment - This is an income property for these clients.
