This is one of the best stories that I can tell first-hand where my career in real estate is concerned. The buyers found me online, and we met shortly thereafter. Within a matter of a few weeks they had an accepted offer, after losing out in multiples just once. The mother bought this condo for her daughter as her first home after college...
