This was the second property sold by this couple in just under a year.  While both received multiple offers and exceeded their expectations, nobody could have predicted the frenzied atmosphere surrounding the sale of this house - 41 offers.  It was an office record and a LOT of work making all of those disappointing phone calls to prospective buyers.  In the end, as charming as this house was, the new buyer razed it to take advantage of the view potential...  A year later it sold for over twice the sales price thanks to the buyer / investor and his foresight !
