2023 Selby Avenue, Westwood This 1927 Spanish was meticulously renovated by the previous owners. Their hard work was rewarded when a job offer brought them back to New York, as it received multiple offers. In the end, the buyers were easily just as pleased. It perfectly suits their growing family.
2006 - I may have spoken too soon, as this "growing family" now needs more space. In the past two years the exterior and interior have been painted, the roof has been coated, an a/c unit was installed (April), and it has been extraordinarily well maintained. This neighborhood has exploded in value, and much of this is due to the charm and character of the houses, as well as the brilliant K-5 school, Westwood Charter, right between Overland and Selby.
